Go after the record catch aboard our fully equipped 38 foot Rampage or explore the depths of our warm waters.

Dock your boat just a few steps from your waterfront room. Edgewater’s accommodations offer the amenities of home, such as color cable TV, phone, full kitchen (in most rooms) and air conditioning. We also offer morning coffee. Our Guests facilities include Large Sundecks, Freshwater Pool, Fishing Pier, Boat Ramp, Dockage, Bait Shop, Cozy Sandy Beach and Laundry Area. At our lodge you have a choice of accommodations:

• MOTEL ROOM – Two double beds, 1 bath with shower and small refrigerator. The motel rooms open onto a spacious deck directly on Florida Bay. For up to 4 persons.
• EFFICIENCY – Two double beds, 1 bath with shower and fully equipped kitchen. These units are first and second floor, all with view of Florida Bay. For up to 4 persons.
• COTTAGE – These units are Poolside with 3 rooms consisting of a large bedroom with 2 double beds and a bath with shower, a Florida room with 2 small single beds and spacious kitchen and dining area. One cottage is handicapped equipped. For up to 5 persons.
• SUITE – 2 rooms consisting of a living room and kitchen with a dining area plus a separate bedroom with 2 double beds. A full bath including bathtub and shower. The suite is on the second floor facing the Florida Bay with an unobstructed sunset view! For up to 5 persons.
• LUXURY TOWNHOUSE - True elegance in a tropical setting! 1,500 square feet includes 2 bedrooms with a king bed and a queen bed, 1 and a half baths, large eat-in kitchen and spacious living room. The townhouse is 2 stories tall with balconies directly on the Florida Bay! No children under 12. For up to 5 persons with rollaway bed.

Room Rates

$15.00 per extra person, including children. Rates based on double occupancy -
add 20% for holidays and special events.  Reservations require a minimum of 3 nights.  

All units are non smoking and pets are not permitted. 

Dockage is $15 daily and includes; dock, ramp, dockside freshwater washdown and boat trailer parking with
24 hour video monitoring of these areas for your security.  Limit one watercraft per unit only.
