Situated in a tropical setting, the Royal Hawaiian Motel is centrally located in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys. After an exciting day on the water, relax in one of our 8 rooms, 5 of which are fully equipped with kitchens to accommodate longer stays. All rooms have 2 double beds, color cable TV, refrigerators and private baths. For the convenience of our guests, boat dockage and use of our ramp are free.

Our boat basin empties into Vaca Cut, so you have easy access to the shallow waters of the Gulf or the deep blue waters of the Gulfstream. Since you can dock your boat right behind your room, loading and unloading fishing, dive and other gear is easy and fast.

At the end of the day, enjoy our fresh water pool while you cook your catch of the day on one of our barbecue grills. If you don't have your own vessel, you can rent a boat or book an off-shore fishing charter or dive trip all within walking distance of the motel.

For those days off the water, we are located just minutes from the famous 7-mile bridge, the Museum of Natural History and the Dolphin Research Center. Be it an adventurous day of scuba diving, a relaxing snorkel or fighting a big game fish, the fun begins at Royal Hawaiian.
